how to remove black warts on the face
my period pains are sooo bad!
i wont be able to sleep tonight, but at the same time im really tierd – which makes it so much worse.
is there ANYTHING i can do for the pain?
ive tried all different pain killers – none that work for me.
i even had two of my pregnant sister in laws pain killers that were extra strong than others – didn’t do a thing!
ooh i hate it
what can i do?!
please help!
omg omg sameeee!!!!! have you tried iboprufen?? it works for me but only for like 1 hour. you should try a hot water bottle but for me it just makes me feel sick
when i have bad cramps i listen to pride & prejudice audiobook and that puts me RIGHT to sleep
good luck hon, i hope your cramps get better! i know what you’re going through!I’m sorry about your period pains.
If you haven’t tried these painkillers then I suggest you do,
Try Midal, but it depends on how long you need, because usually that only works for about 30 mins and the pain comes back. (I have quite heavy, sore periods by the way)
The best painkiller I have tooken so far is Ponstan. Trust me.
Ponstan contains Mefenamic Acid which helps to relieve period pain in two ways:Inhibits the formation of prostaglandins:Stops production of those prostaglandins that could cause more pain. Blocks the prostatlandins receptor sites: Stops those prostaglandins that are causing pain.
There is also a medicine called Ibuprofen. Take it about 5 days before your period starts and you won’t feel pain when it starts. It’s also really good with flow and clotting.
If nothing is doing it for you just try and relax lots.
Avoid activity which make you tired.
And if you really need to, see your doctor and they may provide you with some cream, or some strong painkillers. There will definetely be something out there that will help you.
Hope you feel better soon.erm the only thing i can suggest is to take feminax or paracetamol before bed and get a hot water bottle as well keeping warm is a good thing for some womeni found an herbal remedy at whole foods called oona pms2. it worked wonders on my cramps, it has an herb in it called cramp bark that eases muscle contractions
good luck!!
