hey
this has only happened to me about 2 or 3 times
but when i got out the shower
i had these red dry blotches on my face
that lasted for about 4-5 days
its not ringworm
and they dont hurt

You may be allergic to the soap or shampoo you use. It also depends on how long your in the shower for and how hot your shower is.
Dont have boiling hot showers keep it to a medium for 1month or 2 and u will be good as new.
Try switching soap or shampoo, sounds like an allergic reaction.it is probably a heat rashes or something that you a allergic to
