Its not even 9pm..and im so tired. (cuz i have a HUGE migraine and have been having to wake up at 6am for the past two weeks)
Anywho…I dont want to go to sleep et because if i do ill be up at 7am..and i dont want that..
What can i do to stay awake???Usually when you get a migraine, it’s because of lack of sleep or diet.
Go to bed now. Because you have it, you will most likely sleep for a long time because your body needs the rest.Get lots of sunlight: If you get lots of sunlight your body will more or likely stay awake. Even if it’s not natural sunlight, surround yourself with bright lights, it will make you more alert.Avoid Getting Full: For most people, after they get a full stomach, they tend to fall asleep. This goes for people at work too! Don’t overdue it by eating until you can’t move, save that for at home.Be Physical when able: Every 20-30 minutes get up to stretch or walk around. If you work at a computer desk, you can even do exercises to keep you awake. Avoid sitting for long periods of time.
Take a nap: While you won’t be able to take a nap while you’re working, use your break/lunch time to nap. Taking a power nap while surely give you a big boost of energy.
Listen to Music: If allowed, keep your Ipod or CD player handy so you can listen to tunes. Try to listen to tunes that energize you instead of putting you to sleep. Use headphones to avoid disturbing other co-workers.if you have a migraine the best thing is sleep. You may sleep for 12 hrs if your body is that tired. The migraine is telling you to go to sleep.next time, you can,
1. Drink some coffee
2. Put a bag of ice on your face
3. (only if you wanna stay up for like 2 or 3 more hours) take a cold shower.the rest is very good for you sophiewhen you have got a nigrane headache good night and sleep tight and sweet dreamsily you should go to bed and not wake up until you cant go back to sleep5 hour energy drinkstart cleaning or go play a game or something. drink some coffee or pop. Caffeinated drinks can help. Also, stay in a dark room.Keeping busy helps
