I sure do! It’s awful and I experience weight gain as well. I think I might just go to bed because I’m feeling useless. Any tips?I certainly do!! Litterally every month i feel like i want to die!! Its horrible, i never used to feel like this but i have done for the past year or 2. Not sure how to make it any better but chocolate always helps!Hell yes!
I don’t suffer from depression chronically, but before, during and after my periods, i suffer from bad stress, moodiness, and stomach cramps, and most of all, i cry so much! For no reason, i think of something that makes me happy or something, and i burst out crying. I don’t like it at all but you know, it’s hormones, girls go through the phase all the time!I used to, really badly, but now I take evening primrose with starflower oil and vitamin B complex and the difference is amazing. It takes a while for the effects to kick in – you need to take evening primrose for at least a couple of months before you feel the results. They’re available from all major chemists, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. You could also try L-tryptophan which is a little more difficult to get hold of but also works astonishingly well for me. All of these are natural, non-chemical and basically just increase seratonin and balance hormones and mood swings. Occasionally i get depressed when i have my period but not very often. I get moody and cranky when i have my period. Sometimes when i have my period i feel gloomy because i get really bad stomach pains and cramps and feel sick. Try to relax sit back and realise its just your period and hormones and try not to worry lol. Try taking Naprogesic tablets this can sometimes help to ease pms, pmt. Pms can sometimes make you feel moody and cranky, and make you get in a range of different moods. Relax, chill out and read a book, watch a chick flick, stuff the boys who say is it that time of month, lol, make a cake and pamper yourself massage your feet, paint your nails and do girly things to make you feel better. Eat healthy foods and limit junk. Think about all the good and positive things about yourself. Rethink your thoughts turn negative depressive thoughts into positive good thoughts about yourself. No, I don’t get depressed, just very passive aggressive and sarcastic. I normally end up offending everyone in a 5 metre radius around me with my sarcastic remarks, and I don’t think about what I’m saying.
It normally helps if I just spend time with my friends.i’m actually in a good mood whilst on my periods!
however the week before i’m in an awful mood!!!
i usually break out in a few spots too :/
i just have a bath sleep it off, then a week later, my skin is clear, and i’m back to my normal self
I kinda PMS two weeks after my period up until my period… I feel extremely depressed, useless, tired, and just plain shatty. I take birth control to help, and it really does… when I had to go three months off of it, I went crazy. Birth control is wonderful. <3i always feel like shitt
1 week beforee when im on n a week after so i spend most of my timee with pmt :L
