I am always hungry during the day after meals I will stay full for about an hour or maybe 45 min. I feel like I eat enough but is it maybe because I drink enough water. I haven’t had a glass today but I have a lot of other liquids. Or do have an eating disorder? IDK I just don’t want it to be anything like that. I do weight lifting I am 15 weigh 114. When I went to a doctor they said that is normal because I asked. Should I see the doctor or a nutritionist or what?
StefaniSounds like you’re either eating too fast, not often enough, or eating too many empty calories, such as junk food.
Eat healthier, cut down on junk food, add more fiber (to fill you up), and take your time eating.
Also eat about 5 small meals a day. Plus snacks if you’re still hungry.
You sound healthy, so it won’t hurt to add a little more food.
P.S. Fruits, veggies, and whole grains keep you feeling full longer.
Also, get more sleep, it will help your eating patterns throughout the day.

I have the same problem!
So I was reading up on it, it said that most people feel this way because they eat too fast and dont have enough time for their body to tell them that they are full. (they also ted to eat more)
Solutions=Try to chew your food 20-25 times each bite
This will make your eatting slower, you will feel full and it is better for digestion
*It takes your body 20 minutes to tell you that it is full*you sound healthy
and your not overweight or anything
I wouldnt worry about it!
