I’ve only had like 3 periods, so not really like "experienced" lol, shoud I just carry on as normal?Hopefully your periods are not too heavy so you should be able to wear an internal. If you have not used one before it may feel a bit uncomfortable to start with. I used to find Tampax which has an applicator best.
