i’m extremely sad, i started having anxiety from watching porn at 14 and 3 years later anxiety still affects my life. i’mm trying to get a job downtown but i’m scared to get in the train, i had a panick attack and i can’t handle going in by myself. I just go to schoool, get home and stay home, can’t go anywhere else!
i have a good job opportunity but i can’t take the train PLZ HELP! what am i to do?See a psychologist, go on anti-anxiety meds.
But porn? Really?More people have anxiety than you would thing.
