Seems like it doesnt matter what I do, I always smell a pretty strong odour. Does shaving more often help? I’ve done that and it seems like it doesnt.
Do vaginal creams for odours work? How often should I use it?
I also get some discharge on my panties often, whats up with that? Been happening forever now. I am 20 years old, have been through puberty, not been pregnant or sexually active. What could it be?
But the odour is my main concern, its really bugging me!
Thanks!Shaving is not a good idea. get a wax if you want to remove the hairs.
You can still have an infection even if you have never been sexually active. for example a yeast infection, which is fairly normal.
discharge is normal, I have heavy white discharge that creeps me the heck out. I go to the dr regularly to get it checked and she has always said it is normal, it is not an infection or anything.
Make sure you shower everyday and use a very gentle soap down there, but only ever on the outside. shower after exercise as you will sweat down there as you sweat everywhere else.
vaginal creams are not legal in my country as they think they **** you up inside. just use some water in the shower and put your hands there. As you’ve had this for five years it is most likely that this odour is not caused by any disease. However, you certainly should have a check for any infection. There are a couple of low grade infections which can be present for a long time which could cause an odour – thrush is the commonest one, but there are several others.
The way to have this checked is to see either your GP or go to a Family Planning Clinic. The doctor can send the appropriate swabs to the lab. If this turns anything up then the appropriate treatment should do the trick. If it doesn’t then modern medicine doesn’t have much to offer you I’m afraid. In this situation I would recommend you try a homeopathic treatment – you can be referred to see a homeopathic doctor by your own GP.
hope this works…if you are a clean person you shouldn’t have a strong smell. wash with unscented soaps. the more natural the better. there is a lot of krap in our food and stuff we put on our skin that if we consume these products our body is going to react some way to get rid of it is it doesn’t we get cancer.
go get a pap if its a smell you feel bad about. listen to your body.
