I’m 13 years old (turning 14 in a few days) and I was supposed to get my period on 4th of this month. I always get my period regular. What’s wrong? I’ve never had sex or anything. Other things that can cause a late or absent period are stress, increased physical activity, poor diet, hormonal imbalance.
More than likely though your body is still adjusting and therefore you will probably have more irregular periods before you become completely and 100% regular. As long as you are not having sex you cannot be pregnant so there is not much to worry about here. In fact just worrying about it can make it not come. Chill out and if it doesn’t come next month see your doctor.
