home remedies for blackhead removals
I just turned 16 this year and I’m rather tiny. I’m 5′2" and weigh 105 lbs. my breast size is 34A and my hips are tiny.
Will I grow any taller, will my breast size or hip size get any bigger? When does puberty end for a female? What are some causes that can stunt my growth? What are ways that I can properly help my growth and make sure it functions normally? Thanks!Everyone grows at different rates so there’s no specific end date of puberty. On average, women really have completely stopped growing by 18. You might get an idea of what your chances are of getting more bust and hips by asking your mother when she stopped growing.
There are not many things that you would normally be using that would stunt your growth. But if you have health problems and have had to use a lot of steroids (for autoimmune disease, or asthma, etc.) that can stunt bone growth.
To help ensure you continue to grow to your full potential, make sure to get enough calcium and lean proteins. Routine exercising, even if it’s just walking, will help your overall health.
Best wishes. If you haven’t gotten any taller in the last year, it is possible that you won’t be any taller. Tiny and small are cute features. I am tall and always wished I had been smaller. The only thing you can do is eat a healthy diet, take good vitamins, drink lots of water and exercise. Then if you don’t grow, you did all you could. Try to be happy with the person you are and make the best life you can and be happy. Puberty for a female ends at about 18, but I was done growing in height at 14.
Be Happy.you’ll grow about 2 more inches after your period and that’s about it. some girls grow slower after their period but, i think most of your growing ends at the age of eighteen. it usually differs for each person
