Can Strong pain meds affect your menstrual cycle?

Last month I was in the hospital receiving very strong pain meds in my I.V…I didnt get my period that month…and I also went home with strong pain pills..can pain meds mess up your cycle?I’m sure it wasn’t the pain meds, it was probably the amount of stress your body went through that caused you to not have a period. That’s normal. No they usually do not. What probably caused your missed period is
why you were in the hospital. (were you sick or something ) or other things like overworking yourself.I think they can but so can a lot of stress.
