I do 75 minutes of step aeroics or Zumba classes and I generally sweat a lot… but for some reason I sweat a lot in my crotch… just the front. In between my legs and the butt aren’t sweaty after my workouts but I’m wondering if there is anything I could do to reduce the sweat? Does shaving help? Is it better to workout with a thong on under my pants? I try to only wear dark clothes but IDK please help serious answers appreciated!Wear cotton underwear, preferably not a thong. Non-cotton underwear increases sweating and thongs can spread bacteria, so they are not the best work-out choice.
