Do Women Have same urges as men?

Well I was just curious to find out because us guys have urges all the time such as erections. I was just wondering do similar urges or is it just in their head. Im just wondering?they have urges but not as much as men, men are like 24/7 but women are like maybe 40 percent of the time, but we also arent urge free, some girls need to get it on. ;D
